Dr. Anatoly Bulkin
Dr. Bulkin has been practicing vascular surgery for nearly 18 years and performs most of the quick, technical procedures at SDVC. As an athlete, Dr. Bulkin personally recognizes the importance of active leg movement and believes that a balance of proper diet, nutrition, and adequate exercise can greatly improve one’s quality of life.

Dr. Alexander Chang
Dr. Chang received his training from some of the leading experts in the field of vascular surgery and is excited to bring these novel ideas, procedures and technologies with him. He believes that the best surgical outcomes come when new technologies are delivered in a collaborative and coordinated fashion with the best medical therapies.
